The space
The space is sleek, spacious yet cozy, very well equipped, fully functional, versatile & amenities to the max. Living room space features a sofa bed, a warm fireplace, a large office desk with a printer for business on the go & a pleasantly quiet yet visually stimulating ambiance. A 52' Roku TV with Netflix, YouTube, Amazon & hundreds of channels to watch. Choose the colour for the LED mood ligting along the kitchen counter for those bar stool kind of nights before you cozy up in the bedroom for a peaceful nights rest. Adjust the temperature freely with a remote for the fireplace from your bed or set the thermostat on auto to your comfort level. Keurig Coffee Maker w/ pods & an assortment of teas provided to start your morning off right. Open the blinds for a flood of natural daylight & watch the beautiful sunset over the tall city Vancouver scapes

Guests of Downtown Vancouver Sunset Oasis have access to the free washer and dryer machines available down the hall on the same floor in the laundry room
The fitness center & dry saunas are on the LM level accessible from any elevator with your key tag
Each guest may also use the library, billiards table, outdoor BBQ area, and social lounge accessible from the main lobby with your key fob
Building hours of use and rules apply to all shared common spaces & amenities enjoyed by our guests. These will be provided to you prior to check in & found in the house manual upon check-in

Report any damage, maintenance, or technical problem to the host immediately
If there is an emergency such as fire or health, please call 911 before contacting the host
Kindly separate your garbage from recycling in bags provided under the sink
Please turn on the bathroom fan during showers & kitchen hood fan while cooking
Kindly turn off all lights & electronics such as Roku TV, fireplaces & set the heating / cooling thermostat to OFF prior to check out
